Extra Small/ Small - Light resistance - Suitable for mobility and stretching or dynamic warm-up. Adds intensity and resistance to your bodyweight exercises and workouts. Great for muscle activation exercises. 

 Medium/Large - Medium Resistance - Suitable for mobility, stretching, assisted pull-ups, pushups, general fitness exercises and conditioning as well as adding resistance to your weight training exercises such as squats and deadlifts. 

 Extra Large - Extra Heavy Resistance - Perfect for weight training to add maximum resistance to exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses or add to your bodyweight movements for extra resistance.
