At Southern Cross Fitness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, parts, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our main distribution center in New South Wales.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
